Unity Films is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated HR Intern (Female) to join our team. This is a valuable opportunity for fresh graduates who have completed their studies and are eager to begin their careers in Human Resources and Office Administration.
This is a strictly on-site internship and ideal for individuals residing in Rawalpindi or Islamabad, who are serious about building a professional future in the HR field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes
- Maintain and organize employee records and documentation
- Support daily HR operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and assist in policy documentation
- Manage office supplies and general office support tasks
Eligibility Criteria:
- Only for fresh female graduates (degree completed)
- Educational background in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about starting a career in HR and administration
- Must be proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
- Candidates must be based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad

- This is a full-time, on-site internship only – remote work is not allowed.
