What You’ll Do:
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, records, and transitions
- Oversee leaves, attendance, and ensure smooth time-off tracking
- Generate payslips, coordinate with finance for payroll, and handle related queries
- Draft, review, and maintain employment contracts and compliance documents
- Be the go-to person for employee support, feedback, and resolution
- Record and monitor KPIs across departments, and assist team leads in performance tracking
- Keep HR operations running efficiently with the help of automation and smart tools
- Continuously improve internal HR processes and documentation
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years of HR experience (preferably in a tech agency)
- Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and labor regulations
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Proactive mindset (you don’t wait to be told what to fix)
- Ability to manage multiple HR workflows simultaneously
- Bonus: You use tools like ChatGPT, Notion, or Zapier to automate boring HR tasks

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
