Job Purpose
To provide pharmacy students with hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Interns will contribute to improvement projects, learn about cGMP, automation, and process optimization, and develop key technical and professional skills to prepare for a future career in the pharmaceutical industry.
Education, Experience & Skills
Currently, pursuing an undergraduate degree in Pharmacy or a related field from an accredited university.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, effective communication, proactive attitude, teamwork, adaptability, and a keen interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing and productivity improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Production team in manufacturing and packaging operations.
Participate actively in live improvement projects within the department.
Assist in data gathering, analysis, and reporting related to production processes.
Gain hands-on experience with cGMP compliance and quality standards.
Work with automation systems and digital tools to enhance production efficiency.
Help troubleshoot process issues and support debottlenecking efforts.
Contribute to implementing GSK Production System (GPS) standards focused on Zero Incidents, Zero Waste, and Zero Defects.
