We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Call Center Agent with strong English communication skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of daily outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Use various lead generation tools and databases to identify and qualify prospects.
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups between potential clients and the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead information, and schedules using CRM software or spreadsheets.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and meeting targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure leads are followed up in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fluent in English verbal communication; strong and clear communication is essential.
- Prior experience in call center, telemarketing, or customer support is must.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and lead generation tools.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Location: Gulshan Iqbal, Karachi ( Onsite)
