We’re looking for a proactive and results-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a key role in generating leads and identifying new business opportunities. This is a part-time role (5 hours daily) ideal for someone who is passionate about communication and eager to make an impact.
In this role, you’ll be making outbound calls to prospective clients, creating connections, and promoting our services. Your primary objective will be to schedule appointments for our sales team, boost lead conversion rates, and support the company’s growth. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from our database and book appointments for the sales team.
- Regularly use the CRM to manage leads, update records, and track interactions.
- Build trust and rapport with prospects while confidently handling objections.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all communications, activities, and follow-ups in our CRM.
