Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy (Night Shift) to ensure cleanliness, basic office assistance, and support during night operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain overall cleanliness of the office premises, including floors, desks, washrooms, and kitchen area.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff on duty.
- Assist staff with minor tasks such as photocopying, document handling, and basic office errands.
- Ensure the availability and replenishment of office supplies and kitchen items.
- Switch off unnecessary electrical appliances and ensure the security of office premises before shift end.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
- Physically fit and active.
- Punctual, honest, and responsible.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning practices and office etiquette.
- Willingness to work night shifts on a regular basis.
