We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Truck Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fresh or minimum 3 to 6 months experience in dispatching, have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- The candidate has to go through proper training session.
- The candidate has to learn the attractive welcome call to cater client needs
- Scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries or collect shipments and packages.
- The candidate should know, how to manage calls, deliveries, routes and times for pickups and deliveries
- The candidate will learn about dispatch documents, as well as generating freight bills and invoices .
Requirements:
- Freshers and minimum 3 months to 6 months of Truck dispatch experience are preferred.
- Familiarity with dispatching software and GPS tracking tools
- Ability to handle pressure and work in shifts if required
