Grand Millennium Hotel is hiring dedicated and hardworking individuals for our kitchen team. We are currently looking for experienced Chefs and Dishwashers who are passionate about food, hygiene, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
Chef:
- Prepare and cook meals according to hotel standards
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety procedures
- Manage kitchen inventory and assist in menu planning
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and service teams
- Ensure quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes
Dishwasher:
- Clean dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and washing area
- Assist with basic kitchen cleaning and support tasks
- Follow hygiene and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred (especially for Chef)
- Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Hardworking and team-oriented attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 per month
