As we continue expanding our sales team, we are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth by identifying and engaging potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Research: Identify and research potential leads using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and online databases
- Targeted Outreach: Execute cold emails, LinkedIn messaging, and calls to generate and qualify leads
- CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) with accurate lead data and follow-ups
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and hand over qualified leads to the sales team for further engagement
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales to refine lead generation strategies and messaging
- Performance Tracking: Analyze lead generation efforts, track KPIs, and report key performance metrics
Qualifications & Skills
- 1+ years of experience in B2B/B2C lead generation, sales, or business development
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong communication, prospecting, and negotiation skills
- Ability to research industries, understand client needs, and craft compelling outreach
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
