Eligibility
Qualification:
- Minimum Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an HEC recognized university
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience required.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, and AIX platforms, ADC Channels, Storage, Virtualization, Active Directory, Email Messaging, and Backup Infrastructure
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Team player with the ability to work under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Managing administration, configuration, monitoring, and support of
- Core Banking and Allied Application Server Architecture
- Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Databases
- Virtualization and Backup Infrastructure
- Ensuring compliance with IS policies and procedures by hardening server and client operating systems in line with global industry-standard baselines.
- Providing technical supervision and support for integration of Core Banking Application with ADC channels and middleware.
- Optimizing applications, and monitoring system health to ensure high service availability.
- Identifying, analyzing, launching, and ensuring uninterrupted operations of Core Banking and integrated applications.
- Overseeing day-to-day activities, tracking issues, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Ensuring service availability across Production (PR) and Disaster Recovery (DR) data centers, aligned with RTO and RPO targets.
- Coordinating with internal IT teams and external vendors to support ongoing administrative and operational tasks.
