Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Compliance Oversight: Monitor and ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential legal risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures.
- Training & Education: Conduct training sessions for staff on relevant legal topics and compliance matters.
- Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve legal disputes efficiently and effectively.
- External Counsel Coordination: Liaise with external legal advisors as needed.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize legal documents and records.
- Legal Research: Stay current with industry regulations and legal trends that may impact the company.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior legal staff and interns.
- 3-5 years of experience in a legal management role or similar position.
- A degree in Law (Juris Doctor or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
- Proven knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and compliance regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
