ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Manager Accounts and Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and administrative operations. This role involves overseeing daily financial activities, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and supporting the overall organizational efficiency.
POSITION DETAIL:
- Job Title: Manager Accounts & Admin (Full-Time, Onsite)
- Location: Karachi (Preference for candidates near DHA Phase 8)
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Flexible)
- Salary Range: PKR 75,000 - 100,000
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Management
- Oversee financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Manage payroll processing, payables, receivables, income and expense tracking.
- Reconcile e-commerce transactions, including sales, refunds, fees, and other financial activities.
- Monitor cash flow and providing recommendations for improvements.
- Familiar with tax laws and regulations of Pakistan.
Administrative Leadership
- Supervise daily office operations and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
- Develop and implement organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain and manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes.
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of accounting and administrative functions.
- Train and mentor staff to maintain high-performance standards.
QUALIFICATION
- Master’s degree in related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in accounts and administration roles.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks online and MS office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
