- Oracle Fusion HCM Technical profile with below expertise from Fusion HCM side:
- Details knowledge on HCM extracts, BIP Reports, Analytics
- HCM spread sheet loader and HCM Data Loader.
- Fast Formulas including the accrual calculation.
- Invoke on Fusion Rest API as well as Webapi call.
- OTBI and BI publisher reports.
- Alert composer and creation of new alerts.
- Workflow Email notification template changes.
- Page composer and understanding of EI expression.
- At least 3 end to end Implementation engagements in various roles – Consultant / Lead / Architect and-or Project Lead
- Conduct Workshop with HR Business Stakeholders: Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality
- Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups
- Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
- Support clients with the execution of test scripts
- Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
- Lead migration of configuration, integrations, and extensions to Production for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
- Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
- Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner
- Interact with the project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions
- Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis
- Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects
- ITIL Practitioner with good knowledge on Service Management
- Should have working knowledge of Project Management tools like (MS-Projects/Jira/Azure/Service Now)
- Must have exposure to Project Accounting (Budget/Costing/Invoice/Payments)
- Experience in E2E Project life cycle (Requirement Gathering to Post production Support)
- 10-13 Yrs experience in experience with product designing and implementation.
- Strong Functional knowledge on HR applications (Fusion HCM)
- 3+ years of relevant data analytics experience
- You can analyze existing and newly collected data
- Experience with data visualizations using either R/Tableau/PowerBI/Qlik
- Experience with statistical modeling and descriptive statistics
- Ability to review, understand and improve program code and system documentation.
- Good verbal and written communication including ability to prepare system documentation.
- Ability to interpret solution documentation and identify areas of concern and recommend approach.
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to develop large scale web/database applications
- Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly with business users and project manager
- Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces
- Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.
