- Own departmental and product vision, strategic roadmap, objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Optimize, scale and automate the current organic and paid AER channels.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth hacks to enlarge the acquisition funnel and optimize conversion at multiple stages; prioritize for max. economic impact and execute them.
- Setting up Firebase events, funnels and audiences for analytics
- Analyze and interpret data from Firebase - Google Big Query to identify trends and opportunities.
- Familiar with SQL and Power BI to extract data for reporting and analysis
- Identify, explore and build new co-marketing campaigns with our in-house and external partners, for mutual growth. Liaise with relevant stakeholders for execution, to ensure goals and objectives are met – quality, schedule, scope and budget.
- A/B test multiple ideas and extract common attributes of high performing campaigns; use these learnings to plan better for following user AER schemes.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate e2e customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Define success parameters for campaigns and new product features. Analyze and report performance to management and recommend alternate action plan, where needed.
- Ensure early detection and mitigation of potential risks / blockers that can jeopardize product / user sustainability.
- Identify key trends and insights for user segments. Conceptualize, plan and supervise e2e execution of campaigns, in collaboration with marketing and digital media teams.
- Conduct market research and study reports from tools to review UI, UX and user journeys. Coordinate with product team for feature development based on feedback.
- Develop user onboarding plans to assist in product adoption. Support exploration of app features by engaging them on multiple touchpoints.
- Develop product forecasts for target & growth monitoring. Have a strong follow up on all ends to make sure that we are on track for targets and delivery timelines, set by the management.
- Stay abreast with latest developments in the landscape of mobile banking, digital products, growth hacking, digital marketing and user analytics, by actively following the global news.
- Any other duties as advised by direct line manager.
Minimum qualifications:
- Business / STEM graduate from a reputable institute. MBA will be a plus
Minimum experience:
- 3 years of working experience. Candidates from digital / internet industry having relevant experience will be preferred.
Other skills and traits:
- Detail oriented and have effective time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate decision making and problem solving.
- Experience with Google Adwords / Analytics / Firebase and Facebook Analytics / Business Manager.
