Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base (retailers, vets, online buyers, distributors).
- Build and manage strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Lead and train the sales team to drive performance and meet KPIs.
- Work closely with marketing for promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics regularly.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients and partners.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide product knowledge and training to clients and internal staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Veterinary Sciences, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, veterinary, or pet food sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with pet food brands, ingredients, and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting software.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
