Summary
The Project Manager – Data & AI at Systems Limited is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning projects. This leadership role drives innovation, stakeholder alignment, and project execution across complex, enterprise-scale initiatives, ensuring measurable outcomes and business value in the data-driven transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data and AI projects across diverse domains, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, business analysts, and clients to define objectives and success criteria.
Drive implementation of ML models, data pipelines, analytics platforms, and AI-based applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
Establish governance models, ensure data privacy, ethical AI practices, and compliance with regulatory standards (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource allocation across the project lifecycle.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and promote iterative delivery using Agile or Hybrid frameworks.
Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations to track KPIs, business impact, and project milestones.
Support pre-sales, client workshops, and solution design activities to align business goals with data & AI capabilities.
Promote knowledge sharing, reusability, and continuous improvement within the data & AI practice.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
12+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 4–5 years in data, analytics, or AI/ML project leadership roles.
Proven track record of managing enterprise AI/ML implementations, data warehouse migrations, or real-time analytics platforms.
Technical Expertise
Solid understanding of cloud data platforms (Azure Data Services, AWS, or GCP).
Familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks (Azure ML, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Databricks, etc.).
Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL pipelines, data governance, and MLOps.
Proficient in Agile delivery tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence).
Skills

Ability to translate complex data/AI concepts into actionable business insights.
