We are seeking a qualified Medical Scribe with a medical degree (MBBS, BDS, DPT, PharmD, or equivalent) and at least 1 year of experience in a relevant clinical or documentation role.
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site, Night Shift)
Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan
Key Responsibilities:
- Real-time documentation of patient encounters in EMR systems
- Collaborate with physicians to transcribe notes, histories, and treatment plans
- Ensure confidentiality, completeness, and accuracy in documentation
- Support doctors in improving workflow and clinical documentation efficiency
Ideal Candidate:
- Has strong English communication (verbal & written)
- Is familiar with EMR systems
- Is proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
