Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling and effective marketing materials
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of performance marketing
Requirement
- Atleast 1 Year of Experience – either brand side or agency side.
- Proficiency in META Ads (Google Ads will be Plus Point)
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Creative and experimentation mindset.
- Understanding of tools such as Google Analytics, Chatgpt etc.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
