The Opportunity: We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Online Vice Principal to play a pivotal role in the remote management of our physical school. This full-time position requires an "all-rounder" who excels in leveraging technology to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and high academic standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Remote Administrative Oversight: Manage and optimize daily school operations, including academic scheduling, student record-keeping, admissions support, and general administration, primarily utilizing online tools and systems.
- Virtual Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and effectively coordinate our on-site team of teachers and staff through virtual platforms, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Curriculum & Assessment Support: Provide remote oversight and guidance on curriculum implementation, student assessment processes, and data analysis to drive academic improvement.
- Digital Communication & Stakeholder Relations: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with parents, staff, and other stakeholders via online platforms, ensuring timely and clear information dissemination.
- Technical & Operational Problem Solving: Proactively identify and address administrative and operational challenges, including troubleshooting technical issues related to remote work and school management software.
- Instructional Support (as needed): Be prepared and able to teach any subject, particularly at the 9th-grade level, within your area of Science, Mathematics, or Computer Science expertise, if an on-site teacher is temporarily unavailable.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's (BS) or Master's (MS) degree with a strong academic background in Science, Mathematics, and Computer Science.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience (minimum 2+ years) in a leadership or administrative role (e.g., Head of Department, Coordinator, Supervisor, or Vice Principal) within an educational institution (total experience in education: minimum 5+ years).
- Remote Work Acumen: Demonstrated ability and comfort with managing teams and operations remotely, including significant prior experience in remote work environments.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Expert-level comfort and proficiency with online communication and collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Google Meet, email, online document sharing).
- Experience with School Management Systems (SMS) or other administrative software for student information, scheduling, and digital record-keeping.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot common technical issues related to remote work and administrative software, ensuring operational continuity.
- Access to reliable, high-speed internet connectivity at your residence, along with a robust backup plan (e.g., UPS, mobile data) for uninterrupted online presence.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication (written and verbal), and problem-solving skills, highly effective in a virtual setting.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Monthly Salary: PKR 30,000 - 40,000 (all-inclusive).
- Significant Earning Potential: Opportunity to conduct after-school online tuition for students (e.g., 9th grade, in your area of science/math/computer expertise), potentially increasing your total monthly earnings to PKR 50,000 - 60,000!
