Zapio Solutions is looking for a proactive, independent Operational Manager to be the CEO’s right hand. You’ll handle diverse tasks — from managing projects and building sales channels to solving problems and streamlining workflows. This role requires someone who doesn’t just follow orders but thinks ahead, takes initiative, and drives results with minimal supervision.
You’ll work remotely during Pakistan Standard Time, from 11 AM to 8 PM, with weekends off. If you’re a problem solver who can juggle multiple responsibilities and communicate clearly in English, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver projects end-to-end.
- Develop and implement new sales channels and business processes.
- Coordinate workflows and support team productivity.
- Anticipate and solve operational problems before they escalate.
- Translate CEO’s ideas into actionable plans and results.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient with AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Basic understanding of web and app development concepts.
- Experience with automation tools and advanced Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with freelancing platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
- Strong sales and client communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
