- Greet customers professionally and take orders clearly and accurately.
- Handle orders through telephone, in-person, or digital systems (e.g., POS, tablets, e-commerce portals).
- Confirm order details with the customer to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with staff for timely preparation and dispatch of orders.
- Provide information on products, pricing, deals, or special offers.
- Upsell or recommend additional products where appropriate.
- Maintain order records, receipts, and logs for tracking and reporting.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve minor complaints politely.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and orderliness of the work area.
- Follow company procedures and service standards consistently.
Requirements:
- Must be Intermediate / Graduate
- Experienced will be preferred
- Must have own bike
