We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Outbound Sales Agent to join our team, knowledge of medical insurance (U.S. market).
You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and providing personalized insurance solutions that comply with U.S. healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists or cold-calling strategies.
- Assess individual customer needs and recommend the best insurance coverage options.
- Educate clients on plan benefits, coverage limitations, premiums, deductibles, and enrollment procedures.
- Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM software.
- Ensure full compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and other relevant U.S. health insurance regulations.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team leads and underwriters to ensure customer satisfaction and successful enrollments.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales efficiently.
- Proficient in using CRM systems, VoIP, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
