Your Role at Vormand
- Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
- Stay updated on all current offerings and features to guide customers effectively.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Deliver a world-class customer experience that builds trust and repeat business.
- Accurately maintain records using our CRM system.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of sales or customer service experience.
- Fluent English communication (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and open to feedback.
- Quick thinker with problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using CRM and sales tools is a plus.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (night shift).
