We are seeking a motivated People and Culture Intern. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for reporting and data analysis, and the ability to spot abnormalities in data.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing important documents and processes
- Learning and assisting in onboarding new team members
- Assisting in planning and organizing culture events
- Supporting team recognition initiatives
- Assisting in operational tasks for the people organization
Requirement:
- Working toward or recently received a Bachelor’s Degree in HR
- Strong in time management, attention to detail, and reliability
- Eager to learn and contribute to a growing department
- Excellent in written and verbal communication
- Able to work in a deadline-sensitive environment
