About the Role
As a People Ops Associate you’ll work closely with the People Lead to execute core people operations, support recruitment processes, and help deliver high-quality employee experiences. This role is ideal for someone early in their HR journey, excited to learn and contribute across the full spectrum of People Ops in a fast-paced, AI-native team.
Responsibilities
- Hiring Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage hiring trackers, support evaluation workflows, and ensure smooth candidate experience
- Onboarding: Coordinate pre-onboarding, handle documentation, and support Day 1 readiness for new hires
- Culture & Engagement: Assist in planning team rituals, employee check-ins, internal events, and recognition programs
- Learning & Development: Support the rollout of learning initiatives, track participation, gather feedback, and help coordinate internal sessions and resources
- Performance Enablement: Help coordinate performance review cycles, feedback surveys, and growth check-ins; assist in tracking goals and development plans
- Internal Communication: Draft onboarding content, employee updates, and help streamline documentation
- Compliance Support: Help manage NDAs, policy sign-offs, and audit-readiness documentation
- Process Optimisation: Suggest improvements for smoother internal HR workflows and team support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in People Ops or HR roles
- Organised, detail-oriented, and great at follow-through
- Comfortable using tools (Google Workspace; Notion, Workable)
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Eager to learn and contribute to building people systems
- A collaborative, thoughtful team player with a people-first mindset
