Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. You will focus on driving traffic, generating leads, and optimizing campaign performance to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute ROI-focused campaigns across digital channels
- Monitor and optimize metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad assets
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing
- Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities
- Google Ads/Meta certification preferred
