Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all pharmacy staff (pharmacists, shift incharge, sales team)
- Ensure the pharmacy runs smoothly and meets daily sales targets
- Maintain proper stock levels and place timely orders for medicines
- Make sure all medicines are stored and sold according to regulations
- Handle customer complaints and ensure good service
- Maintain sales reports, stock records, and staff attendance
- Train and guide team members
- Ensure the branch follows health and safety laws
