Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Planning Coordinator to oversee the daily planning and movement of garments from the stitching department through to the finishing stage. The ideal candidate must be proactive, quick in decision-making, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to maintaining production flow, minimizing bottlenecks, and ensuring timely delivery of finished goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods post-stitching to finishing, ensuring smooth transitions across departments.
- Develop and maintain daily production schedules to align with delivery timelines.
- Track work-in-progress and update planning sheets regularly to reflect real-time status.
- Act as the primary liaison between stitching, finishing, quality, and warehouse teams to resolve any workflow issues.
- Identify and address delays or bottlenecks with prompt and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure optimum line loading and unloading according to production priority and urgency.
- Coordinate with the quality department to ensure timely approvals and reworks (if required).
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on post-stitching status and escalate issues if targets are at risk.
- Drive continuous improvement in production planning processes.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Strong understanding of garment manufacturing workflow, especially post-stitching to finishing stages.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Excel and basic production planning software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on, active on the production floor, and solution-driven mindset.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the garment industry.
- Experience in woven/denim garments is a plus.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
