What is Product Manager Analytics?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager (Analytics) to design, develop, and scale a self-service, embedded analytics presentation layer across Jazz’s Business to Business Channels. The goal is to empower internal and external users with real-time insights, automated reporting, and contextual dashboards—all embedded within their everyday tools.
You will work at the intersection of BI tooling, frontend development, and data architecture to expose insights at scale from Jazz’s high-volume data systems. Your work will transform the way our business and customers consume analytics—shifting from static reporting to interactive, role-based, self-service experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform & Architecture
- Design and lead the development of an embedded analytics presentation layer, using modern frontend frameworks and embedded BI tools (e.g., Power BI Embedded, Tableau Embedded, Looker).
- Build reusable dashboard components, charting libraries, and layout templates for rapid deployment across functions.
- Architect the frontend layer to support real-time data rendering, large user bases, and multi-tenancy where needed.
- BI Automation & Self-Service Enablement
- Enable business users to configure their own dashboards and reports through intuitive drag-and-drop interfaces and saved templates.
- Integrate with existing data systems, data warehouses, and API layers, ensuring security
Requirements
Technical Skills
- 6–10 years of experience in frontend or full-stack development with 2+ years working with innovation and leader role.
- Proficiency in React, Vue, or Angular, along with embedded visualization tools (e.g., Power BI Embedded, Tableau JS API, Looker Embed SDK).
- Solid grasp of data querying, performance tuning, and analytics API integration (REST/GraphQL)
- Experience working with high-volume reporting systems, streaming data, or enterprise DWHs (Snowflake, Redshift, Synapse).
- Product & UX Experience
- Proven ability to translate complex data requirements into elegant, intuitive front-end experiences.
- Experience building or contributing to self-service BI platforms, analytics configuration layers, or white-labeled dashboards.
- Familiarity with role-based access controls, SSO integration, and multi-tenant design.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment, with frequent iterations and feedback loops.
- High ownership mindset, with ability to move from architecture to execution seamlessly.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the telecom industry or enterprise B2B analytics.
- Exposure to AI-powered insights surfacing, natural language querying, or alert-driven analytics.
- Experience with embedded analytics monetization models or analytics for external clients.
