Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to execute project tasks and achieve milestones.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a project manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
- Experience in Agile or Scrum methodologies is desirable.
