Job Overview:
Napollo Software Design is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to manage, analyze, and present data-driven insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating reports, tracking key performance metrics, and providing actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Analysis:
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights.
- Track performance metrics and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business operations.
- Report Creation & Visualization:
- Develop and maintain weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports for management and stakeholders.
- Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio, or other reporting software.
- Business Insights & Recommendations:
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve efficiency and performance.
- Assist different teams (development, digital marketing, project management) by presenting data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
- Quality Control & Accuracy:
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by validating sources and eliminating discrepancies.
- Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Client & Management Reporting:
- Generate client reports showcasing key metrics such as website performance, digital marketing effectiveness, SEO rankings, ad performance, and project progress.
- Present findings to stakeholders, explaining data-driven insights in a clear and concise manner.
- Industry Research & Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor benchmarks, and new data reporting techniques.
- Implement best practices for reporting and analytics to enhance business intelligence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working with databases, SQL queries, and automation tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
