**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead a U.S.-focused cold calling campaign targeting medical professionals. You will be responsible for introducing our business funding and credit line services, building interest, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our U.S.-based sales team.
You must be experienced in telemarketing, cold calling, and have a confident phone presence with a results-driven mindset. Prior experience in the financial services industry is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to medical practices across the United States
- Speak confidently to doctors, practice owners, and clinic managers
- Introduce and explain our business funding and credit line options
Schedule appointments or live transfers with our closers in the U.S.
- Keep detailed notes and update CRM daily
- Report daily performance metrics (calls, conversations, appointments booked)
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in cold calling, SDR, appointment setting, or telemarketing
- Excellent spoken English and phone etiquette
- Experience dealing with medical professionals is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with CRM tools
- High-speed internet, reliable equipment, and quiet workspace
- Availability to work U.S. EST/PST hours
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience selling or booking leads for medical financing, EMR, practice management, or equipment vendors
- Ability to manage a small calling team or grow into a leadership role
