Job Summary:
We are hiring driven and goal-oriented Sales Executives to manage and convert incoming hotel inquiries whether hot, warm, or cold leads into confirmed bookings. You will be expected to understand client requirements and match them with the best options from our partner hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and convert all incoming leads from our website, WhatsApp, social media platforms, or referrals.
- Identify the nature of the lead (cold/warm/hot) and apply the appropriate sales approach.
- Engage with potential clients, understand their hotel requirements, and present suitable options from our pool of 400+ hotels.
- Negotiate rates, resolve objections, and close bookings confidently.
- Maintain accurate logs of leads, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes.
- Collaborate with the hotel coordination team to confirm availability and booking details.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Upsell other travel services when relevant (tours, transportation, etc.).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills, especially over WhatsApp, calls, and digital platforms.
- Ability to understand client needs and match them with the right hotel offers.
- Comfortable with lead handling tools, social media platforms, and basic CRM software.
- Must be proactive, well-organized, and results-driven.
- Fluent in both English and Urdu.
