Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and results driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals to achieve targets. You will act as the key point of contact between the company and its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead follow-up.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
- Negotiate and close deals, handle objections, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
