Position: Sales Manager – B2B Expansion Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager – B2B Expansion Lead to drive NUOMI’s nationwide business growth. This role requires a mix of strategic planning and hands-on execution to expand our dealer and distributor network across Pakistan in the kitchen, wardrobe, and hardware segment. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can both manage teams and personally close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive nationwide B2B sales expansion plan.
- Identify, approach, and onboard manufacturers, hardware dealers, distributors, and project partners.
- Set monthly sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions.
- Train new partners and internal teams on NUOMI products, features, and benefits.
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen relationships and explore new opportunities.
- Present detailed sales, performance, and market insight reports every 3 days to management.
- Drive both strategic business growth and tactical deal closure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–6 years of experience in B2B or project-based selling, ideally in kitchen hardware, wardrobes, doors, or related industries.
- Proven track record in sales leadership and team management.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on sales execution.
- Willingness to travel nationwide for business development.
