Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements and enhance HR processes with 7+ years of work experience.
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, and Recruiting.
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Perform system testing, data validation, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials.
- Integrate SuccessFactors with other SAP and third-party systems using middleware tools (e.g., SAP CPI).
- Conduct end-user training and workshops to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases and best practices.
- Participate in global HR transformation projects and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards in all configurations and processes.
Primary Skills
- SAP SuccessFactors (at least 2 modules, e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals)
- Business process analysis and HR domain knowledge
- Configuration and implementation experience
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification (preferred)
Secondary Skills
- SAP HCM (on-premise) knowledge
- Integration tools (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, etc.)
- Reporting tools (Ad Hoc Reports, ORD, Advanced Reporting)
- Project management and Agile methodology familiarity
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
