Job Role / Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Assistant Manager, PBSD we are looking for highly energetic and self-motivated individual with the ability to facilitate internal and external customers with regards to provide inpatient admission, billing and cashiering related support to patients and or attendants related to their hospitalization.
Specifically, you will be responsible to;
- admitting patients as per policy and procedure of Patient Admission office and ensure that all information relating to patient admission is recorded in a timely and professional manner
- record admission/discharge/transfer in the system according to the prescribed guidelines to ensure that all related information is appropriately recorded
- provide information to the customers regarding admission, billing, financial counseling, and complete discharge process as and when required
- collect payments from the patients after the close of main kiosk.
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:
- Bachelors in any discipline
- minimum 3 years of customers handling and or front desk experience
- sound knowledge of medical terminologies will be an added advantage
- experience of handling cash will be preferred
- good communication skills, includes written and oral
- proficiency in computer usage
- willingness to work in shifts.
