About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO/AEO & Content Marketing Specialist to join our organization. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) with strong content writing, branding, and leadership skills. This role will be responsible for driving our online visibility, leading marketing initiatives, and closely supporting sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO/AEO strategies to increase organic visibility and search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee creation and optimization of blogs, landing pages, social media posts, web copy, and campaign content to support both marketing and sales objectives.
- Lead and manage the branding and marketing team, ensuring consistent brand identity across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales team to design content and campaigns that generate leads, nurture prospects, and support revenue goals.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights and continuous optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms, AEO practices, and digital marketing trends.
Required Skills & Expertise:
- Proven experience in SEO and AEO strategy execution with measurable results.
- Strong content writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and storytelling.
- Experience managing brand identity, marketing campaigns, and creative teams.
- Proficiency in using tools such as:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console
- SEMrush / Ahrefs / Moz (keyword research & competitor analysis)
- Screaming Frog (technical SEO audits)
- Yoast SEO / Rank Math (on-page optimization for CMS platforms like WordPress/Shopify)
- SurferSEO / Clearscope (content optimization)
- Canva / Adobe Creative Suite (for content & branding support)
- HubSpot / Zoho CRM or similar (for sales and marketing alignment)
- Understanding of schema markup, featured snippets, and answer engine optimization (AEO) best practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing roles.
- Experience in leading marketing teams or agencies with proven leadership success.
- Exposure to international markets (US, Canada, Europe, Middle East).
- Strong understanding of content funnels, inbound marketing, and demand generation.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, e-commerce, or technology services is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
