Join our innovative team! We're seeking a forward-thinking SEO Specialist who doesn't just follow search algorithms but anticipates them. You'll be fluent in core SEO and drive results through modern strategies like AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and hyper-local GEO-targeted SEO.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute Geo-targeted SEO strategies to dominate local search results and Google Maps visibility.
Build, optimize, and manage Google Business Profile (GMB) listings.
Perform comprehensive technical, on-page, and off-page SEO audits, implementing data-driven solutions.
Optimize content for featured snippets, AI-generated answers, and zero-click searches.
Implement structured data (schema), location-based keyword strategies, and strategic internal linking to boost SERP performance.
Analyze user behavior and track performance (using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, BrightLocal) to identify opportunities and measure ROI.
Stay ahead of trends in AI search, voice search, AEO, and local search algorithms.
You Must Have:
2+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven portfolio demonstrating ranking improvements and traffic growth.
Strong expertise in AEO strategies, local SEO (GEO-targeting), and Google Maps ranking factors.
Proficiency with core SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush or Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4) and local SEO tools (e.g., BrightLocal). Surfer SEO is a plus.
Ability to optimize for both global and hyper-local search performance.
Clear ability to identify search intent, implement schema markup, and optimize for voice search.
