What you’ll do
Open/close the store and keep daily sales records
Lead and roster a small team; maintain top-tier service & hygiene
Control stock, cut waste, and run simple in-store promotions
Hit daily sales targets and handle customer feedback

3+ years managing a café, juice bar, or quick-service outlet
Strong people skills and a results-driven attitude
