About the Role:
I’m looking for a creative, proactive Social Media Manager to help grow my online presence and drive engagement across key platforms. In addition to social media, you’ll also support my eCommerce store with content, promotions, and customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content calendar across Instagram, Facebook and any relevant platforms
- Create engaging posts (visual + copy) aligned with brand voice
- Manage day-to-day posting, stories, reels, and community interaction
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategy to improve engagement and reach
- Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram/Google)
- Support eCommerce stores (Shopify/WooCommerce): product launches, promos, basic updates
- Collaborate on email marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media management
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce or others)
- Good eye for design (using Canva or similar tools; graphic design a bonus)
- Solid copywriting and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset: ability to interpret analytics and optimize accordingly
- Self-starter, organized, and reliable
Bonus:
- Experience with influencer marketing
- Experience running paid ads
- SEO and blog writing skills
