Job Description:
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Pinterest, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter). E-commerce experience, particularly in managing brands in the U.S. market, will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across all platforms in e-commerce.
- Create, curate, and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, Pinterest, TikTok, and X.
- Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and foster community growth.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay updated.
- Analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns based on data.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, etc.) to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns.
- Leverage e-commerce strategies to drive sales and brand engagement, especially in the U.S. market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 4-5 years proven experience in social media marketing with a track record of successful campaigns, ecommerce preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with social media analytics tools.
