About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media efforts. You will be responsible for developing strategies, managing daily content, and driving engagement and lead generation across all major platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage content calendars and oversee daily posting across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for high-quality visuals and copy
- Run paid ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and monitor performance
- Analyze data and generate reports to optimize performance
- Grow followers, drive engagement, and generate quality leads
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform updates
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing (1+ years)
- Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite, ad targeting, and analytics
- Experience in organic and paid lead generation
- Excellent content planning and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
