We’re looking for a Social Media & Marketplace Specialist to lead our LinkedIn content strategy, social media scheduling, and marketplace management.
Key Responsibilities
LinkedIn Management
- Create, write, and publish engaging LinkedIn content for both company and personal branding.
- Build visibility, credibility, and authority with consistent posting.
- Track performance metrics, analyse results, and optimise strategies.
Social Media Scheduling
- Plan and schedule content across LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and style across platforms.
- Monitor engagement and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience in social media management and marketplace operations.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn content strategy (personal and company branding).
- Skilled in scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Data-driven approach — able to track KPIs and adapt strategy.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
