What is Specialist NAAS Performance Analyst?
Working in 24 x 7 – Shifts for fault monitoring, troubleshooting/providing first level support for ongoing issues related to IT and NSS domains.
The role reports directly to the Manager NSSIT Supervision and this team comprises 8 team members.
What does Specialist NAAS Performance Analyst do?
Key responsibilities
- Fault Monitoring and reporting for IT nodes.
- NMS Health Checks.
- Service Requests Handling.
- Health Checks of various platforms/tools.
- Real time Performance management & troubleshooting of Garaj & JazzCash.
- Engagement and escalation with stakeholder.
- Health Checks for both JAZZCASH & Garaj.
- Monitoring of complete E2E network connectivity, Infrastructure, Firewalls, VDC and NSX-T nodes.
- Complaints Handling of 8558 SMSC Complaints for JazzCash.
- Designing of monitoring solutions.
- Collaboration with multiple stakeholder teams.
- Management and maintenance of AppDynamics Infrastructure and environment.
- Handling of OSS L-1 operational issues.
- Planned Network activities support.
Key Deliverables
- Alarm monitoring of various IT nodes. Must have a good knowledge of IT Infrastructure.
- Service impact calculation of outage incidents.
- JAZZCASH and Cloud Monitoring
- OSS tools Health Check for auto escalations
- Major KPI trends monitoring and reporting.
- Provide support to field teams for Network Planned Activities and to do pre-post verifications.
- Notifications Tool Health Check to ensure smooth working of all auto and manual escalations.

Requirements
What are we looking for and what does it require to be Specialist NAAS Performance Analyst?
- Experience and Educational requirements.
- B.S. or B.Sc. Electrical/Telecom/Computer Engineering/IT
- Prior working Experience in a NOC Environment.
- Hands on experience with IT equipment.
- Willing to work in shifts, on holidays & emergencies.
- Soft skills and technical skills required.
- Good understanding of IT technologies
- Thorough know-how of network topologies and their inter-working
- Hands-on experience of NMS systems and associated software tools.
- Fault Management Procedures & Industry Practices.
- Deep understanding of Network Operations Environment.
- Customer Centric Approach to facilitate the internal customer teams.
- Computer Proficiency, MS Office must include MS Visio & Power point.
- Good Communication and Presentations skills.
