Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
- Identify, log, and track defects in JIRA, ensuring clarity and thoroughness
- Perform stress and performance testing to evaluate system limits and stability under load
- Collaborate across teams (developers, PMs) to clarify requirements and define acceptance criteria
- Report test outcomes and quality metrics clearly, and present findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Contribute to refining QA processes, making them more efficient and scalable
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance/testing
- Proficiency in using JIRA (or similar tools) for issue tracking and test management
- Hands‑on experience with stress and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner)
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—for effective cross-team coordination
- Solid understanding of SDLC/STLC and QA best practices
