Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process for branding, digital, and print projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and product managers
- Manage and mentor junior designers, ensuring design quality and consistency
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design solutions
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials
- Present and communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders
Requirements
- 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, and digital design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various formats
- Experience leading design projects from concept to delivery
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- A proactive mindset with a passion for design and innovation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
