Job Title: Store Incharge

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 (based on experience)
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Incharge-Rawalpindi to manage our pharmaceutical store operations in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory management, safe storage, and effective coordination with internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate physical and system-based stock records
- Monitor inward and outward stock movement
- Conduct daily stock counting and reconciliation
- Prepare and share daily stock reports with management
- Supervise store staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Ensure proper stacking and safe storage of materials
- Maintain all store documentation (GRNs, issue slips, stock registers)
- Coordinate with purchase, accounts, and operations teams
- Operate inventory management software (Tally, ERP, or similar)
- Maintain cleanliness and enforce safety protocols in the store area
Requirements:
- Proven experience in store or warehouse management (preferably pharmaceutical or FMCG)
- Proficiency in inventory software (Tally, ERP, etc.)
- Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills
- Trustworthy and detail-oriented
- Minimum education: Intermediate (supply chain background preferred)
