Responsibilities:
- Design and analyze solar mounting structures for rooftops, ground mounts, and carports
- Perform structural load calculations, wind and seismic analysis
- Review and approve civil/structural drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and project teams for seamless execution
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and industry standards
- Conduct site visits for structural assessments and quality checks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar system design and B2B sales experience
- Proficient in using simulation and design software packages such as SAP2000,Ansys,PTC
- creo, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite
- Expertise in designing grid-tied, hybrid, and off-grid solar systems
- Experience in managing solar projects from start to finish
- A strong understanding of solar Pv modules, inverters, BOS components, and solar mounting systems
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- An ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with solar PV system structures and load-bearing calculations
