Job Summary:
Al Haadi is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement, inventory control, vendor coordination, and logistics planning to maintain operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement activities including purchase orders, supplier follow-ups, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels through periodic audits.
- Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Monitor and manage inbound and outbound logistics, including shipping, customs clearance, and transportation.
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in demand forecasting and supply planning based on historical data and business trends.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, procurement status, and supply chain KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding procurement and logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Production, Finance) to align supply chain strategies with business goals.
- Resolve supply chain issues promptly to minimize impact on operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of international trade, import/export procedures, and customs documentation.
